Room Rates • $100 (+ 16.75% tax) per night
• on site parking $10 + tax per day.  Near by lots about $5 a day.
• All rooms are NON SMOKING (if you smoke in the room a fee is added to your bill)
• If you can't attend after making a reservation, you must cancel 72 hours in advance or you will be billed 1 night + taxes.
• Discount rates are for good 2days before and 2 days after the reunion

Transportation • Approximate cost of shuttle vans from the airport about $18. Note that you must make reservations with most shuttle services, in advance. Or you will stuck paying for a taxi. One such shuttle service is SA Airport Shuttle (there are others). You can make reservations on line at www.saairportshuttle.com
Reunion Fee • $85 per person
This fee includes Friday's reception buffet and Saturday's banquet.  It also covers other costs the association has to pay (taxes, tips, hospitality suite & business meeting expenses, entertainment, badges, printing handouts and so on).
